When we got there late our room still wasn’t ready and my sister had to wait 4 hours for her room. It was time for our show to start , they had to put there bags in our room… what if we weren’t there for them…... Lobby for 4 hours. ( Mary Tanner).

Sent into a garage which did not feel safe. Took elevator to working dock etc. Did not feel safe. Could not find hotel. We are 75 yrs old plus and had our luggage. When I complained, I was laughed at. Beautiful building, upkeep dicey.
