Breakfast was great, parking was easy and felt safe-not too expensive and right across the street from the hotel. Walking distance was easy to lots of places downtown.

Hotel itself was just ok. Our room did not have a fridge, which was surprising. Parking was either valet or self part in a garage, which was fine but the access point to the garage was not convenient and the elevators didn't work. My biggest issue was our air conditioner was not working. We told the front desk and went out for the day, when we returned almost 4 hours later it still hadn't been fixed. While we were getting ready for dinner, we got a knock at the door, well it was too late then, we were about to go out for the evening and leave the next morning. For the price we paid, to not have air on the 9th floor and it not be fixed in 5 hours, that was unexceptable

The hallway to the elevators is a little sketchy. The lobby is modern & clean. The furniture in the room was a little dirty. The pillows were terrible. I didn't like that the staff knocked hard on the door at check out time. I didn't eat the breakfast.

The staff was amazing and friendly; they went above and beyond for me. It was my first time in Cincinnati, and I received a free upgrade, a friendly welcome, a delicious breakfast, and complimentary water. The hotel is beautiful. The entrance downstairs highlights the old ornate architecture, and it was a total surprise to be met in the lobby by a man playing piano. I loved the location! Right downtown near so many great restaurants!

The hotel is quiet and secure. The staff were kind and professional, and the bathroom was very clean. The free coffee was a life saver. The walls had a lot of dings and scratches which didn’t look great, but that’s just cosmetic. Everything was great.

The hotel I appreciated because it had carpet. The room size was small. There was not a refrigerator at all or a microwave, which was definitely hard traveling with three kiddos. It seemed archaic in a sense that way. The hotel is in a beautiful building, but I was not happy with the room at all very basic small. The best part was it was carpeted. There is no pullout sofa. There were also no additional blankets we had to ask concierge. I think they could have a better variety and selection of meal options, snacks, and beverages and not just offer Coke products. I am a Hilton honors member. I was not offered the complementary water and snacks. Welcome bag. There is no option for Green space to walk a pet although the facility is pet friendly. The front desk staff that checked me in seemed as if I was a bother, which I understand. It was a busy Friday night and like every single place in America, they I assumed were short staff due to the fact that she rushed us along and was not kind or friendly at all. I would like to recognize the third shift worker she at the front desk went over and above for us storing food in the staff refrigerator, which unfortunately, we forgot because our room did not have a refrigerator or microwave, which I was extremely disappointed in. I will say the valet gentleman were absolutely top-notch. I would rate them 10 out of five. We definitely will not be staying at this facility again, unfortunately just given the fact that it was not great.

Everything seemed clean, but not kept up. Stains of the carpets, discolored walls, scuffs and scraped floors. Nothing overtly dirty, just unkempt. Bed wasn’t very comfortable, but room felt clean. Staff was perfectly nice and helpful.

The staff is very unprofessional, no attentive. Had emergency evacuation and the employees did not know what to do and did not know what to say to the guests. Evacuacion plans for emergencies need to be training with the employees.

Really great hotel if you need to be in the heart of Cincinnati, but overall downtown Cincinnati is feels abandoned, rundown, and trashed. As regular big city visitors. The hotel was the best part of the city

Family review

The twin ladies at the front desk were very accommodating and helpful. At first I thought the poor woman was working multiple shifts at one time haha. The gentlemen at breakfast were also very friendly and the area was clean.
