"The room is outdated. Shower had rust along the metal parts of the handles. Floor boards were broken and chipped. It felt like a shared dorm room bathroom and wanted to keep shower shoes on. The door to room didn’t lock unless you used the security lock from the inside. After spending over 12hrs out of the room for the day I dint have to use the room key I just walked into the room. I was in pure shock since my children were with me. "

"We stayed one night prior to a cruise. We didn’t need anything fancy so opted for BW. Employees were very nice, check in was quick and easy. The room was clean, the bed was fine too. The issues we were not pleased about was the funky odor in the room. Shower only dribbled when you tried to get cooler water than very hot and made a terrible noise. The shower curtain was too short and the water ran over the ledge onto the mat and on out of the bathroom. Quiet is not something we experienced. Everyone and their brother seemed to walk past our door with very loud voices late at night, and if I heard the ice machine right outside my door once at night all hours I heard it two dozen times. I felt like it was a $50 room that they charge $200 for. Unfortunately we will not stay again. It is very rare for me to post a negative review but I honestly had to due to what we were charged. If it were $50 I would not be making negative comments because I would have gotten what I paid for. "
