A strong water pressure shower is an advantage. The room appears new and clean. However, more than half of the arcade game machines break down, leaving kids with little to do.

we had some very nice meals but I thought the Asian restaurant was average. The ordered food needs some work on the creative and flavor profile end. The dishes we ordered seemed mediocre The staff was very nice at all the restaurants we dined in and the room cleaning staff on the 16th floor were super nice. Please give them a shout-out and a raise

The renovated room are beautiful with more than adequate lighting. Bathrooms are spacious. Water pressure in main shower head left something to be desired annd valet parking was unavailable after 10pm despite an exorbitant resort fee—otherwise a genuine 4-star experience.
