Obviously their version of clean is much different from our version of clean. We brought Lysol wipes thankfully and wiped everything down ourselves. There was a 1/2 inch gap under the door for bugs to come in. At night we pushed a towel under the door to seal the gap so bugs could not enter. We killed 6 roaches during our stay, that is a first in our many years of traveling. There was so much noise that I called the front desk at 1 am on the first night. I was told that I would have to personally call the police to get the problem resolved. I have never dealt with an establishment that even suggested I do that. The First off, the advertising specifically states that there is a fitness center on the property. When the question was asked, “where is the fitness center?” The Ramada staff member said there isn’t one and Travelocity must have used false advertising and it’s not the first time we’ve seen this happen with Travelocity. I googled their personal add online with also specifically stated that there was a 24 hour fitness center. The pool had so many unsupervised kids screaming we couldn’t get in the pool until the afternoon before we left. We would have left if we could have gotten a refund. It was motel that needs updating from the 70’s, dirty, unsupervised, noisy and it ruined our stay. We will never stay there again without question.

I like i can walk to the beach in 3 minutes also the guy in the cafeteria was very nice very friendly. I don't like the Room need maintenance. The rooms smell bad humidity. My reservation was wrong .

Not What I Expected

The hotel was very sketchy When I got in the room the AC and Tv did not work they had to call a tech to come fix. The second day I went to get ice out of the ice machine and due to the slime in and around the machine I slipped and fell I At night there were tons of people everywhere and playing loud music Nothing of what I expected from a Ramada

The room was really nice. There was not a good breakfast options. We went and bought our own. The room did have cockroaches. The laundry was piled up at the side of the motel by our room. There was a lot of noise from staff at night doing the laundry and going on breaks right in front of our room laughing too loud. One staff member kept revving his truck up at night and driving around the parking lot. A lot of people kept pushing their car alarms to go off all night and just easy to hear. The pool was too crowded to use. But the room was nice and we enjoyed it when we could sleep and not killing bugs. We cleaned it a lot to try to prevent getting them.
