"I was in a suite room with great size but had a lot of unnecessary mirrors. I mistakenly upgraded to city view paying extra and that new room toilet was stinking all the time, like some drainage smell. I was not in room mostly so didn’t complain but for that cost didn’t expect it"

"The location of this hotel is excellent, 5 minutes from the central train station and five minutes in the other direction to the Grand Place. We used it as our base to explore the smaller cities in the area (Bruges Mons Lille…) and the hotel was perfect for this purpose"

"We were only here sadly for one night, because the location is ideal right in the heart of where you want to be, and the hotel itself is wonderful. We loved the roof top bar (although I hope there sort out their coffee machine -) and used it twice. The views from there are fantastic, not to be missed ..."
