First time solo travelling and I have to say it was a lovely stay and a very nice room! The only minor issues I had was some hair around the taps of the bath, and I was not able to unplug the bath. However staff were apologetic and got it rectified very quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, 2 minute walk from Brussels central station and the Grand Place so a prime location when travelling from the airport and to explore the city. Breakfast had a good selection, and close to many restaurants and bars for the evening. Would recommend staying to anyone visiting Brussels.

An ok place but great location

The hotel needs a complete upgrade and modern refresh. Old outdated rooms, takes a good 5 minutes for hot water to flow. Great location next to the central station and few minutes walk to grand place. Breakfast menu is boring. Good helpful staff.
