Excellent hotel and very friendly staff. Great location. The only issue was my mum who is in her late 70s was very cold in her room because the room thermostat didn’t work. The hotel did provide her with an extra blanket and tried to fix it but was the same on the second night, her hands were freezing in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay at the Warwick Grand-Place, location is great about a 5 minute to the railway line (Central) which gave us easy access to Euro Star, which we need a number of times getting to and from places. Also a very short walk to the main square and a number of eating places, we did find a mall - Royal Gallery that was very beautiful and had a great restaurant called Le Marmiton mall was in it fabulous food and service. The hotel itself was very well kept and the staff very friendly and helpful Would certainly stay there again

Perfect accommodation! The room was spotlessly clean and very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftop bar is stunning! The location is great - walkable to the Grand Place, Magritte Museum, and other sites. Multiple restaurants and stores nearby - plus the train station a block away.

First time solo travelling and I have to say it was a lovely stay and a very nice room! The only minor issues I had was some hair around the taps of the bath, and I was not able to unplug the bath. However staff were apologetic and got it rectified very quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, 2 minute walk from Brussels central station and the Grand Place so a prime location when travelling from the airport and to explore the city. Breakfast had a good selection, and close to many restaurants and bars for the evening. Would recommend staying to anyone visiting Brussels.
