Location and hotel with history

I loved every minute at your hotel . I can’t wait to return with friends. Your staff was top notch. I had asked for something to be fixed and they did it with no problem. Very eager to please

Excellent Service in a European Hotel

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
Room was better than a lot of places Ive stayed. Mine was small with nothing but the mini-bar for cooling drinks and that isnt ideal for a long stay. The staff and service is first class all the way. One example to show how the entire staff appeared to me... There was a couple with a child trying to eat and one of the staff walked with the infant around the dining area to keep him/her entertained. It wasnt a request made by the parents, it was of his own will and completely voluntary. It is precisely that type of behaviour that will keep paying customers coming back.

Nice location!

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: No free Internet
We loved the location as it was 1 block from the best shopping and there is a wonderful backers right across the street. Our room was the Fashion Suite which was decorated in the 70's including a roof view and torn dust ruffle but it Was clean and included a marble bathroom and lots of mirrors. The staff was very nice and the hotel was beautiful. The garage had cameras which added to our secure feelings.

Location, Location, Location!

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: No free Internet
This hotel is centrally located near the main train station and sights. The hotel is minutes away from the Grand Place, shopping and restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are well appointed. Also, the business center was convenient and east to access. I would change only 1 thing. The internet was not free, so I spent a fair amount of money to check my work email each day.

great location to see old town brussels

Pros: Close restaurants, convenient location
this hotel is beautiful and a great place to people watch as there are people staying here from all over the world. we brought our dogs with us and they were very welcome. the room was very clean and the bathroom was really nice. the food in the restaurant is very good and room service is prompt. the bed was really comfortable as were the pillows. the location is convenient to the old section of brussels and taxis are vey easy to hail from the street. the staff was really helpful and i would definitely stay here again.

Do NOT stay here

The hotel is rotten, old and needs to go away. The service is horrible. It takes about an hour to get ice... Do yourself a favor and book another hotel! Simply terrible. You are better off staying at the airport.

business traveler

This was not the hotel of the pictures. The rooms were very small, the hotel was noisy and the beds were like rocks! They could not find our reservation but found us space when we provided a copy of the reservation. The staff seemed very unhappy we were there. The breakfast buffet was 27 Euros or $34 dollars. Really! Not worth it. I would not chose to stay here again - there must be better places in Brussels.
