I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. First, I was not given the room that I had originally booked. As a VIP guest, I was also entitled to a complimentary bottle of wine, which I never received. In addition, I felt that the receptionist who checked me in did not treat me well. Another receptionist later admitted that a mistake had been made with my room assignment and assured me that the wine would be sent, but it never arrived.
What upsets me even more is that I was told my room had been upgraded and that this was recorded in their system. However, I did not stay in an upgraded room. This feels dishonest, and I am extremely disappointed that I was misled.
I was also traveling with my child, and this experience made our stay even more upsetting. I had expected a much higher level of service and care, but unfortunately, the hotel fell far below expectations.
