Great hotel for a short trip

Really great stay overall - great location and staff were lovely and helpful. Room was small but had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Hot drink facilities would have been an added bonus but it didn’t impact our stay.

Poor hotel could be great!

Fire alarm sounded three nights as they had an issue! Was asked if we wanted to skip room cleaning which was fine but when we did ask for it to be cleaned it never happened! Tv has 40 channels only 10 work and none of the English channels! Very much a style over substance hotel! Complained and reception just said sorry really not good enough for a hotel chain
