"The hotel is in a very central location to Fanhuil Hall, aquarium, many restaurants and bars. Staff were very friendly. We received a room upgrade. Room was large and very nice. Bed was comfortable. Great shower. Small refrigerator. Currently undergoing construction on roof. Nice bar & coffee shop on premises. Valets are wonderful!"

Only issue i had was i paid for late check out, it was approved, i paid 30 dollars to be able to leave at 1pm. Once 12pm came along i had someone knock on the door, i stated that i paid for late check out, then fast forward 25 minutes and ANOTHER different person knocked on the door AGAIN. Ive had this issue at other hotels as well, its incredibly annoying when you pay money, especially 30 dollars for a couple extra hours and people continuously try and ask you when your leaving like its not in my charge history that i paid 30 dollars to stay till 1pm"
