So first I get there and had no Idea you had to pay for parking at the hotel. I had to pay $150 for a 3 day stay. You’re supposed to be able to use your room key as payment option leaving the hotel gate but doesn’t work so you have to call the front desk every time you want to leave. Get to the room, no mini fridge, the ventilation for the bathroom doesn’t work. No included breakfast and the hotel restaurant charges an arm and a leg for a meal that is probably sub-par. One tiny hot tub on site for their 800+ guests and the jets don’t even work. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it is not worth the price whatsoever. Would have probably had a better stay at the crack hotel down the street for half the price.

MJ at the front desk was absolutely amazing. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, he went above and beyond to make my wife and me feel special. It isn't very often that I write reviews about a particular person, but it is warranted in this case. MJ's demeanor and his way of interacting with guests are not something you can teach. It is natural charisma and an innate desire to serve. I wish I were hiring right now because I would definitely try and poach him for my sales team. Thank you, MJ, for making our stay at this already excellent hotel memorable. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Seattle.
