Not only the hotel did not answer our messages regarding a potential compensation or partial refund, they could only gave us a room upgrade when checking- in a reception. Although we appreciated the gesture, it was a small compensation considering we specifically booked the hotel for the amenities and were only told about the closure 3 days prior.... That being said, they have, by far, the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen and the staff was very friendly."
