"The AC in our room didn't cool properly and the room was so humid our paperbacks curled. The shower was constantly running so our bathroom was hot and steamy. The staff was made aware of this problem. It wasn't so bad we would ask for a different room but it was less than perfect. Otherwise it's a great place. The old charm is comfortable. We would return in a heartbeat. "

"Excellent service with genuine warmth, the opposite of "corporate vibes". If something's not ideal, talking to the staff is all it takes to make it right. The beds are superb, which is my #1 consideration in a hotel. The rooms are on the small side, but since I wasn't spending a lot of time in the room, this wasn't a problem for me. The location is great for visiting Cornell and downtown isn't too far either."

"it was a great stay we love the indoor and outdoor pool and the hotel accommodations were great! Thank you so much. Keep up the good work. The only I wouldn’t say bad thing, but maybe annoying thing was that our key card had some issues in the morning. Other than that, it was a great day thank you."
