"Excellent caretakers, spacious, neat, and clean. Family-friendly guests and staff. The kitchen is well provided with utensils, dishes, cups, etc. The owners let us use their fire pit, which was an incredible experience, gazing at the stars while staying warm right next to the Kern River. "

While the house was about 50 minutes up a mountain which we weren’t really expecting, we ended up being surprised with a beautiful snowfall.
