"The property has recently changed ownership. It was not well maintained. I was in a room that was pet friendly and also the farthest from the lobby. The area where the vending and ice were void of amenities. I had to walk to the lobby and was given a pitcher of ice from the bar. The area in the back had a fountain that was not running and a decorative courtyard was not maintained. Part of the roof was falling off of Unit 7. The cable TV didn't work and maintenance was called. He was very helpful (all the staff were very nice) and discovered that the cable was unplugged for my unit and the one above me When I went to take a shower there was no hot water. I usually enjoy staying at Holiday Inn properties. But not this one."
