Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home, except for one room downstairs and the garage, which are reserved for owner use. Street parking is readily available.

2. This home was built in the 1940s and retains its original architecture and charm.You may notice some creaks, drafts, or other quirks typical of a well-aged home—these are part of its unique character.

3. As with many older homes, a subtle “old house” scent may be present.

4. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only.

5. Please note BBQ on the back deck are not available for guest use.

6. There is no central air conditioning; fans are provided during warmer months for your comfort.

7. There are an exterior camera and a few interior sensors for temprature, flood and motion.
