"Having experienced allergy symptoms from the pet friendly room, the management graciously offered a refund. The room we initially reserved was pet free on the third floor but was changed when we arrived. The refund reflected the professional and caring approach that the staff has toward its guests. We will continue to stay at High Tide Inn in the future and will recommend them to anyone travelling that way."

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool, the wife and I loved how close to the beach and all the shops the hotel was. But the best thing of all was Paul! He helped so much and was above and beyond helpful! He had great places for us to try for dinner. Was great with the kids and just so helpful with all of our questions. We’ll come back for Paul alone! "
