La Quinta Computer System was down, and could not confirm my paid reservation, nor could they chech me in after i paid 135.06. I had driven over 500 miles that day, and was exhausted. Tracy the Manager was amazing and told me she was contacting travelocity to refund money. So far this jss not taken place. Mary Grace a wonderful contact at Travelocity also is working on a null and void contract that never took place to no fault of my own.

We still feel so bad about this situation! I truly hope that Travelocity finally did the correct thing and reimburse you for your stay. I spoke with them several times on this situation and was assured they would make things right for you.

Any hotel that allows us to bring our small dog, 19# is a good place. That said, it is likely not going to be luxury. This hotel is clean and adequate. We feel safe walking the dog. The breakfast is tasty and gets us on the road quickly. We appreciate this La Quinta and have stayed there many times. The front desk lady has been there for our last couple of visits!
