Room was nice. Bed was better than other hotels I've stayed at on this trip ,,, Orange County to Olathe, Kansas on my Harley. Two negatives .... room next to me the couple was fighting ... loud at 10:00 pm right when I was going to bed. Also, my 2 story roon was right above a barking dog - about an hour about the same time the couple was fighting. Hotels fault ? No. Anyway I was so tired I hit the pillow and did not hear them. lol.

Very nice

Pros: Clean and comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast could be improved. The eggs were rubbery and not very good.
Location: Santa Rosa is a small town. This hotel is close to the Blue Hole and is centrally located.
My husband was completing his scuba diving certification at the Blue Hole over the weekend. The hotel accommodations were very nice. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. The hotel offered a sizable discount for the Scuba Diving class. The young ladies at the check in desk were friendly. The breakfast was okay but not exceptional. However, I have no complaints and would definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

Double Charge, No Apology and No Refund

Bad hotel. Do not stay here. You will be double charged and may not get refund. I am Kong. I prepaid for one night stay(July 5th, 2015) to TRAVELOCITY. But after one month later, my credit card bill showed that the hotel double charged me. Since my credit card company issued me a new credit card, I called the hotel manager(Barbara) and asked refund to my new credit card. She did not apologize for the double charge. Moreover, she refused to refund by saying that she can only refund to the old credit card(which is no longer exists!!). The hotel must refund by all means because the hotel did wrong!!! I gave her my email address and asked a reply for this problem. But, I haven't get any response yet. Really Bad hotel !!!!!!!

GREAT HOTEL

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
We stayed at the Hampton Inn and loved it. Great Staff, Great room is it was really clean. Free breakfast saved me a bunch of money.
