Room121 sink basin cracked looks like it has been that way quite awhile. Microwave was not cleaned. Coin laundry out of order. Breakfast was very limited. No coffee from 7:45-8:30 am when I informed the desk they brought cold coffee and stated they were making more, still no hot coffee at 9am when we checked out.

I specifically picked this super eight because their own website said it had a laundry facility. When we got there, we were informed it was out of order. Our room was clean, but it definitely had a musty odor. I had a hard time regulating the shower temperature it took more than five minutes for it to regulated to where it wasn’t jumping from super hot super cold every couple of seconds.
