This was a nice place. The check was a bit rough. There wasn’t anyone at the desk when I arrived. After about a 10 minute wait she came to the counter. There was no apology and she was rather rude. The room was nice, clean and comfortable.

Checkin was flawless and quick and staff very friendly. Rooms were nice and clean, although one shower had a little problem with slippery soap left in the tub. The only negative about this hotel is that if you have a second floor room, there is no elevator - you have to carry your bags up a stairs. Parking was great and had lots of lighted parking for our truck. Overall pretty satisfied with this place.

When I pay $150/night I expect clean...the room was not. Tub dirty, floor in bathroom dirty, soap dishes have never been cleaned. Fitness center has not been cleaned or stocked for a long time. Equipment dirty, no disinfecting wipes, hand sanitizer empty, no towels, trash and used towel receptacles full, no TV. You have a very nice facility...too bad you won't spend the time to make it worth the price. I could have went to Hampton Inn for $10 more and I absolutely know it'll be first rate. Won't stay here again when something better is right down the street.
