I will never stay at another IHG property. I choose my hotels by their pool amenities, and when I was booking my reservation there was no mention that the pool was only for women and children as I was told after I tried to get into the pool area after checking in.

Room was very clean and cozy. Lots of room. I was disappointed that covid restricted certain things, which website wasn't very clear about. No swimming pool, spa etc. No hot breakfast buffet, which is why I chose this hotel. And dyring check in, reception was very rude as tho I should have known that New Mexico was on lockdown, even tho I'm not from New Mexico. Can't blame hotel for covid. Loved the room. Will definitely use them again in future.

Property currently undergoing remodeling in the lobby but staff was friendly and room was clean and comfortable.

IPlease except I have no comment, Expect that when you check in people would like to just have something to drink and a snack and relax awhile before going out, and you have no snack machine.
