We've stayed at many LaQuinta's where we've had some really good breakfasts - unfortunately, this was not one of them. Breakfast sausages were literally greyish-white in color and not cooked thru, the hash browns were pasty-white as well (maybe microwaved), water for tea and cocoa warm, not hot, etc. Just not up.to the really great breakfasts we've had at other LaQuinta's. Not a lot of places to eat around the hotel and it was very apparent that the desk clerk who checked us in wasn't a dog person (even though they're a pet friendly hotel). Room was ok though and the hotel itself is convenient to I-40.

Gave me an awkward wheelchair room that have a huge sliding door for the bathroom, also had a ajoining door and could here the loud people next door, people above me stomping around at 5:30am along with the pet friendly neighbor on the other side had 2 barking mutts at you guessed it 5:30am so no sleep for me after staying up to midnight for the new year

There was no insulation between the floors. I stayed in room 111, the guest’s footsteps from upstairs were clearly audible the whole time and they got up at 5 to shower which woke us up. It’s not the guest’s fault but the hotel should have been more considerate for the guests downstairs when they knew about the problem. When I talked to the staff in the morning, they admitted that they didn’t complete the insulation work after the plumbing remodeling of that section of the building. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had for $173 a night!!
