The pool was the best part! Clean, beautiful and relaxing. The house is so cute, such a fun place to be with family. Location was great!

Week at 30A

The home was very nice and on a quiet street. All the amenities you could need at this home plus some. Would recommend to anyone traveling to the 30A area. The large pool was a great getaway from the beach too!

Second Time and Just as Amazing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed at Moon Tide and we loved it! The house is great, the full size pool is beautiful, such a short walk to the beach and a fun fire pit. Its great for kids too because the yard is fenced in, so easy to let them outside to play. We will hopefully stay here a third time!

We were both impressed by the quality of the interior design, appliances and furnishings. The screened in pool made dining and lounging more comfortable & the location was very convenient for biking to Rosemary or Alys beach and a short drive to seaside which were our main attractions. We would love to stay here again and would recommend to a friend!

Wonderful Location and Pool

The house was great, perfect size for our family of 4, the pool was amazing and very large. The house was a short walking distance to the beach on a very quiet road in a great little neighborhood. Our only complaint was at checkout, the cleaning folks showed up 1.5 hours before our checkout time and waited on the front porch until we left. We did not appreciate strangers just sitting in the porch while we were there. They also asked to come in and use the restrooms due to a stomachache. The rental company was quick to respond to questions.

Awesome House and Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted a smaller house in 30A for a family of 4, and this was it! Location was great, walking distance to the beach and drive able or bikeable to many 30A towns. The pool was HUGE! Definitely a nice perk with the kids. The house was clean and just as pictures showed. The kitchen was really nice too and it was nice to cook. The only bummer was the fire pit is in the front yard, not behind the fence so we couldn't really be out there with the kids. But I'd give the stay 5 stars! We will definitely stay here again!
