We signed on for an ADA room and not only was this hotel frigid during our hotel stay but they managed to just straight up miss about 56% of the requirements needed for a room to be considered ADA. There was also mold on the shower bench. Disgusting. And we told fromt desk and all they did was deny. When we asked to get our deposit back or some sort of compensation they refused to even work with us on it. Will not be going back to this hotel for future stays and cannot recommend anyone else coming here.

Very nice room. Stayed here almost a week, there was always hot coffee in the lobby and someone at front desk. Zander was so helpful to me and other guests…. Super accommodating always went above and beyond and alway with a smile. All staff was like this. Very friendly environment.

Newly remodeled room, very clean and fresh. We arrived early, not considering a time change, and were allowed into the room without any hassle. Front desk staff was engaging and efficient. The surrounding area may be a little sketchy, but no safety concerns. The only thing I found (and I had to hunt) was chewing gum in the peep hole of the door. Breakfast was really a breakfast, as advertised. Fantastic variety of eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, fruit, yogurt and more. Definately in the top 3 places we've stayed over the last 3 weeks of daily travel!
