Casita Garcia is located is the heart of the historic east side of Santa Fe. Located nearby to Canyon Road, the Plaza and many fine galleries, restaurants and museums. Great for beautiful walks, stroll down the famous Acequia Madre or walk to the nearby coffee shop.
The Casita is in Pueblo Revival style with modern amenities, it includes a private patio, plenty of light, new stainless-steel appliances and two private parking spaces. It is 700 sf with one Queen size bed and full bath. Well-appointed furnishings, New Mexican art, Viga ceilings, and a kiva/fireplace all in an open space with island kitchen.
The living area also includes a cushioned nook that looks onto the private patio, perfect for reading and relaxing with plenty of light. Air condition is also equipped in the bedroom and living area. A laundry facility is located on property.
