The room itself was quite small—less spacious than expected—but functional, with a fridge and kettle provided. Guests can refill water bottles at the dispenser in the lobby. Most of the staff were pleasant and friendly. I didn’t include breakfast in my stay but tried the hotel restaurant twice; the food was fine, though Santiago offers better options."
