We have updated all electrical and have a full generator and water cistern for island emergencies and outages

The location we EVERYTHING! My Family and I had plenty of space for the 4 of us and we were able to easily get to everything. The area felt very safe and alive. The pool was a nice addition and provided an additional space for my teens to "chill". I appreciated not having TVs in all the rooms but just in the living room because it allowed us to be in a space together. The home was cool and had great lighting. We were planning our return before we even left.
