ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. A FEE OF $200 WILL BE CHARGED TO REMOVE ODOR. THIS IS A PRIVATE RENTAL WITH A RESERVED PARKING SPACE IN A HOTEL SETTING
THIS STUDIO IS RENTED FOR TWO PERSONS ONLY.

NO PETS ALLOWED. EXTRA CHARGE OF $225 FOR DOGS OR ANY ANIMAL TO PROPERLY CLEAN THE AREA.

CHECK-IN IS AT 3 OR 4 PM DUE TO CLEANING REGULATIONS FOR ROOMS. WHEN THE ROOM IS READY I WILL TEXT YOU. USUALLY, IT IS EARLIER THAN 3PM

Recently remodeled studio with one King bed and two recliners. Equipped kitchen, high-speed Internet, cable 55' Smart TV wall-mounted, large balcony, AC and a Reserved Parking Space in the underground garage. Located on the beach at the ESJ Towers just 5 minutes from the International Airport and next door to the resort hotels the Royal Sonesta San Juan Hotel and the Fairmont Hotel San Juan. We provide linen and towels. Please note that there is no daily room service during your rental as this is a Private Owner rental.

Within a short walk to Chili's, Pizza Hut, Church's Chicken, Burger King, Subway, Cold Stone Creamery, Taco Bell, Wendy's, CVS, Pueblo Supermarket open 24 hrs., El Metropol and Mi Casita Restaurant serving favorite Puerto Rican delights. Great for a romantic vacation in tropical, sunny Puerto Rico. Comfortable for only two persons. Non-smoking persons only, no pets. PS. Spectacular beachfront view - the best on the Island! The condo is located right on the beach where you can rent water sports such as ski jets, and parasailing.

The view as spectacular and looked exactly like the photos and the dedicated parking space was convenient. This area of the building is more quiet relative to airplanes. I would be happy to stay here again!

The view was absolutely beautiful. We rented a car and the car spot was perfect and easy to get to. We also did some walking around which was also easy. I did not go to the beach but that looked pretty easy to get to also. It was located on the top floor for the spectacular views. The place was super clean. There were complaints about the AC unit outside. I just moved my seat away from it. I'd rather have that little bit of heat then no AC. Owner was fast at getting back to me any questions/comments I had also. We would definitely stay here again if we went back.

Host is very responsive and organized. The pool is closed at this location and the building is in need of repairs. However, the location is incredible and the views are to die for. The coffee shop in the lobby is great and it is walking distance to many good restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had an incredible honeymoon!

We were here for a family wedding. It was such a cozy place to stay. Our favorite was have the big glass windows in the living room. It had an amazing view of the lake. Everything was so clean. The beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.
