Amazing stay! The property is not far from any of the places to see in San Juan. It is a very nicely done and well kept property. Also, the contacts and staff are very nice and responsive! I would definitely come back and book another stay.

Super easy to check-in / check out. Clear and easy instructions. Very friendly staff. I would like to see a better paper towels and toilet paper quality though. They provide beach chairs, rolling cooler, beach towels, etc. Probably a big plus would be a beach umbrella or small canopy, but so far you can enjoy with what they have available. The scooters are fantastic right at the front door!

I didn’t know there were stairs. Shouldn’t stairs until after I booked and was given the instructions for check-in. Where is the stairs supposed to be listed on the information when we booked?

This place is great, is in great condition and well equipped. They have a few parking spots at the property that made it easy to park at. Checking in and out was easy. We’d definitely come back if staying in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mansion Morales. It’s clean and lot of small stuff provided like beach towels chairs , cooler box , tooth brush, paste . It was a great experience, and we hope to come back.

Great stay! Has its own parking which is rare and such a plus!!! Clean and provided everything needed along with beach chairs and cooler which was nice! Cute apartment and balcony. All that’s needed is a body mirror

The room was clean and towel ect. ! She even had extra toiletries in case we forgot anything at home. I love the amenities like the grill on our balcony and an extra one downstairs also washer dryer and all the things you need to wash or cook. I give this place an A+ I would recommend anyone to stay here because of also great communication as well.

It’s not a hotel. It’s just a money making apartment with no service whatsoever. Even lost electricity several times. Travelocity should remove it from “hotel” listing. I could keep going with other anomalies but that’s enough. DO NOT STAY there if you want a regular hotel.
