We include air conditioning, hot water, en suite bathroom, shampoo, soap, towels and beach chairs and towels. There is private small living room area. The sofa bed is for a third and/or fourth guest. Quick stay, great location

Quick overnight stay to see abit of Old San Juan before an early flight out. Lively partof town meant some street noise and steep stairs up to bed, but a great deal.
