This Ocean Side High-rise Condominium is located in the heart of Isla Verde. Puerto Rico's #1 tourist destination. The unit features a panoramic view of the city from the balcony. Free internet/wifi access. Isla Verde beach is right behind the condo. This 1 bedroom condo is fully furnished with 1 Queen size bed and a Full size sofa futon bed in the living room. It can sleep 4 people. It features a modern kitchen with appliances and a modern bathroom. The condo has 2 very quiet ( mini split) remote air conditioners, a private pool for guest only, 1 exclusive parking space for peace of mind parking and 24 hour doorman/ security guard. Sorry no pets and/ or smoking allowed in condominium. Condominium Covid 19 procedure may include but not limited to daily temperature checks at front desk and mask wearing in common areas of the complex is mandatory. Great location
It's a great place for the price. Bed is comfortable. Has a couple Tommy Bahama chairs for the beach and some other items. Nicest beach on the island. Can be on beach in less than 5 minutes including elevator time. Which is also fast and smooth. Nice to be able to leave beach for a snack or bathroom break as the beach does not have facilities. Various restaurant options within 10 min walk, plus lots of fast food. Dedicated and close parking spot is great. Especially on weekends earplug can be handy for sleeping as the 1-4am party (engines, horn, siren, yelling) crowd moves on the street below.

We enjoyed everything. The only possible improvement that I can think about is additional kitchen utencils. Especially glass bawls for preparing salads, tea kettle (coffee maker is not convinient enough tool).

LOVED the location. The host was on point anytime I needed information. I was able to go to the beach with everything I needed (chairs, cooler, floating noodles…except towels…but I was fine with that), provided by the host. The internet service was not as strong as I needed it (I work remotely), but I brought my hotspot just in case and I was fine. Loved the Security team felt safe and they had a wonderful disposition ( very kind & helpful). Anything & everything is in the immediate surroundings…walking distance…(restaurants, fast foods, supermarket & drug store). I am definitely going back.
