Charming beachfront 1 bed 1 bath apartment at Marbella del Caribe, the best and most popular building of Isla Verde Beach (best urban beach in the world according to USA Today). In the best location of Isla Verde, within easy walking distance to endless options for dining and nightlife. 5 minutes from SJU Airport ($9 Uber) & 15 minutes from Old San Juan ($0.75 public bus) . It has one assigned parking. Building has 24/7 security, tennis, basket and a beachfront pool.
