The front desk gentleman was lacking in professionalism. When we arrived he was on a personal call, did not acknowledge us at first, then asked, while still on his call, if we were checking in. When we said yes he said to give him 2 minutes. This is completely unprofessional. The exterior of the building needs some attention. The carpets need an overhall.
