The room next to me played loud music all night and told front office repeatedly. They didn’t do anything. Then the guests in next room started an argument and beat each other, nothing was done.

No breakfast, even though they claim they offer it.. terrible location, my truck was broken into during our stay, gunshots heard ever night

Very soft mattress I dropped something in the floor when I went to pick it up a lot of dust under the bed. Reception was very slow at the counter people were queuing out of the main office door

I don't think they cleaned the rooms' walls. There were many spots that looked like insects had been killed, but the spots weren't wiped down. Also, there was a spot of blood on the bathroom wall next to the shower. It looked like someone had punched the wall - it needs to be patched up. Lastly (and most disappointing of all), there was no breakfast included. The hotel offers free coffee for guests at the lobby, but that is it. When I booked, I specifically wanted a hotel that served breakfast.
