"There was both good and bad.
The staff was lovely. The location was very convenient for anyone going to the SAP center. The lobby rooms in elevator or all playing in fact there was always someone cleaning every time I came out which was very reassuring.
The drawbacks. The rickety door that divides the restroom from there bedroom inside that actual hotel room. The construction happening right next-door with construction workers Who have a front roast eat anything you do with your window shade open. The rooms are very very dim if you don’t have the window open. extremely dark at night. Not easy to get ready for anyone who needs to apply make up. Also there is no mirror provided in this room outside of the restroom desk mirror or vanity mirror and a full length mirror what you must stand to use. Clearly no female was consulted during the interior furnishing of this room because it lacks about everything that a woman would need to get ready on a basic level.
It’s still a nice place to stay for the convenience factor and the cleanliness. Also king size rooms are reasonably sized.
The parking situation is also a little bit difficult. Valet staff is lovely valeting is $35. But if you need to get your car out you must text the number about 40 minutes before you need your car so they can pull it up for you. The garage where they park the car is not close
