While the room seemed clean there were broken tiles in the shower, rust on the shower curtain rod and the place was very noisy.

We had never used a Staybridge property before this stay. Working through the Travelocity platform, this one popped up at what seemed like a great price (a Sunday night). After doing some more research, we chose this property and it was a home run! It was clean, spacious and staffed by wonderful folks. We will put Staybridge down as another go-to chain. And we will use this property again without any hesitation on our next stay in San Jose.

Great for Business Stays

Absolutely one of the best places to stay, albeit it is on the high side when it comes to price. Their front staff were quite helpful, and I sincerely enjoyed the room provided - as well as the breakfasts and dinners held in the front lobby. However, it would be nice if their soda machines were turned on during the day and not just during dinners.

Noisiest place I have ever stayed- bring your ear plugs.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: Noisy, really really noisy, really really really noisy, did i mention it was noisy?
Avoid this place like the plague- My room is over the front desk lobby and its like being in a bus terminal.. constant din of people having loud conversations - doors slamming.. children screaming in the pool..just awful!. The staff seem oblivious to how the noise carries-or how it might disturb the guests. the walls are paper thin and you hear every door slam, toilet flush ,stair step, etc. Ammenities,rooms,etc. show heavy use but would be acceptable if not for the constant noise. Nearness to the Airport is the only positive thing I can say about this place.

Average hotel

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: Nothing close, Noisy
We stayed at this hotel with our entire family during a recent visit to the Bay area. We liked the common areas and warm break fast in the mornings. The staff is courteous and helpful. The interiors could use a good upgrade - the widnow blinds were not working and AC too noisy. And what bugged the kids is - too small a bath rom with sliding doors. There aren't any shopping areas or restaurants within walking distance of this hotel. But it is close to Hwy101 and that makes it noisy for most of the time
