Clean large room, heater to take the chill off. Big bathroom shower and bath. Comfortable large bed . Microwave and fridge a bonus. Coffee filter machine to make coffee. Handy to bus services in any direction. Nearby areas great for walking to a cafe for breakfast . Lots of choices if restaurants and pubs for an evening out. A great pizza and sandwich place near in Lombard street.

You get what you pay for, convenient to have parking too. We left our car and went to get breakfast after we checked out (~10AM, checkout was at 11) and got a call from the lady saying they were going to tow our car at 11:15 so we had to call a Waymo back and rush back. We thought she was pretty rude at the time, but she could’ve just not told us so there’s that. The layout of the bathroom was weird, door didn’t lock either.

The front desk staff was extremely rude from the very first interaction. Her attitude was inappropriate and completely unnecessary. While the facility itself was acceptable, the poor customer service overshadowed the experience. I will not be returning. There are other affordable places nearby with much friendlier staff. Additionally, parking is very limited and difficult.
