The house was very clean and nicely updated. Located on a hill in a quiet neighborhood, the deck provided a great view of the surroundings. We were able to walk to El Camino Real, about a half mile, and ate at the Cuban Kitchen.

Buyer Beware….the property is not accurately described. 4 primary issues with the property. 1) No Air Conditioning, they wait to tell you this until the “welcome/check-in email. By the time you receive this it is too late to cancel for a refund. They also bury the info in the email so it can be easily missed. If they were transparent they would put it in the primary description. 2) Given that there is no AC the screens in the windows become even more important. See posted photos. 3) The description leads you to believe there are three bedrooms…there are but the entrance is hidden in the basement. 4) There is an apartment on site that shares the patio with you. I chose this house for privacy as my teenage daughter and I were visiting colleges for her to attend after graduation. There was no mention of the apartment in the description, had there been it would have been a hard “no.”That said, the property on the inside is nice and clean.

Ok, stay but could have used more typical amenities

The house was decent. The bathrooms and bedrooms should have been cleaned more thoroughly. The house had limited amenities including 6 towels for 6 people for a 3 night stay. No wash clothes, dish towels, etc were provided. We reached out to the owner and they ran by target and purchased more supplies for the 2nd day of our stay. We were in town for a wedding and the house did not provide an iron or ironing board which would have been helpful. The deck is great but is shared with another unit on the property which wasn't explained well. The place was fine but not spectacular. We will find another place next time.

Comfortable house

Overall this was a very nice place with a few minor caveats. While not overly detracting from our stay, there were some small opportunities for improvement such as a fuller set of utensils and attention to details such as a working ice maker.

Lovely quiet home

Stayed with family for competition at events center. Conveniently located. Easy to get to center. Quiet safe neighborhood, beautiful home, layout was great for us, but might be a challenge for families with small kids due to 3rd room in basement and separate unit sort of but that is great for families with teens or multiple families. Close to mall and restaurants but still quiet. I was able to run to Bay Trail (about 4 miles away) which is beautiful but if you don’t want to run there it is a short drive and worth it. Home had all needed amenities.
