This beautiful 2-story 3 bedroom + 3 bathroom vacation home is located on the second & third floors (with it's own exterior main entry off the ground level) offering stunning sit-down water views for up to 10 guests (8 adults max)! Featured highlights include A/C, 3 outdoor balconies, gourmet kitchen, and 2 levels of beautiful water frontage! *Note- no BBQ included.

INTERIOR LAYOUT
Step into this wonderful beach retreat & you will be amazed by details & designer upgrades. The second floor is the main living area & features floor to ceiling windows that advantage of the water views & provides maximum sun exposure. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen that features high-end cabinetry & top of the line stainless steel appliances. Fantastic open floorplan with kitchen the open to the 6 person dining area & as well as the spacious living room. There is also a bedroom w/ private balcony & full bathroom with granite counters and recessed lighting.

On the third floor you will find luxurious dual Master Suites with walk-in closets that feature cedar plank flooring. Both master suites also have ensuite bathrooms, each with elegant vanities, luxurious designer sinks, stone tile & jetted spa tubs. The Master Suite located on the west side of the home features a private balcony & flat screen TV, while the east Master Suite overlooks the incredible bay and beach views. A full sized washer & dryer rounds out the third floor.

OTHER FEATURES
This vacation home is equipped with numerous amenities, including a private outdoor view balcony, three 42” flat screen TVs (in Living Room & Bedrooms), high-definition cable TV and top of the line towels & linens. We also work directly with a local beach rental shops that offer our tenants special discounts rentals for boogie boards, surfboards, beach cruisers, & much more.

PARKING
• This listing includes 2 underground parking spaces. There is a strict 6ft height clearance due to a steep incline of the driveway (6ft OR LESS depending on the length of your vehicle) . Vehicles above this height limit may top out on metal garage door as they enter or exit. Compact cars highly recommended.

HIT THE BEACH! We are conveniently located in the heart of Mission Beach!!! Beautiful white sandy, swim & surf friendly beach located just steps away. Take advantage of our complimentary boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys.

SHOPPING & DINING! Just steps away is the main street, Mission Blvd., with endless shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our guests are provided a comprehensive list of recommended local eats and discount codes for rental shops.

WATER ACTIVITIES! If you're looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just across the street to Mission Bay and water rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating.

ATTRACTIONS! Enjoy a full day of family fun at Belmont Park located a short 5 minute bike ride away, SeaWorld San Diego is a short 5 minute drive, and world famous San Diego Zoo is located just 15 minutes from our beach home! Surf Style has discounts for all these major attractions.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
