The key machine didn’t work so doors had to be left unlocked if you needed to leave your room. I left my fire stick in the TV and called them. Was told they couldn’t check due to lack of staff. Called again the next afternoon and put on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up. Called again. Hold for 20 minutes. They checked someone in the room and never checked for the fire stick and the girl at the desk said “So what’re you wanting us to do?” Just wanted my property back but staff attitude and laziness created a hostile atmosphere. Floors in the bathroom are bubbling up due to water damage. Hairs left in “clean” towels. Will not return

Do not stay here

We had a horrible experience unfortunately this place has appears to be many homeless people. It looks on the outside to be safe as it is gated with a security guard, but then in the back there people living in their cars and people outside of rooms with their belongings this is a very unsafe place. Not only that, but they had no room keys because their machine was broken so every time we left our room, we had to find someone to open the door and mind you this is not a safe place. We arrived early hoping we could get early check-in that was not allowable unless we paid extra and I needed to use the restroom. They said they had no public restroom and sent me on my way. Very poor customer service and they did not tell me that there was a charge for using my credit card

Room was smaller than they looked in the pictures. The motel's key system was down, and we had to wait dor someone to be available to let us into the room. They refused to issue a refund when I left a day early due to this issue.

Didn’t have a key for our stay. Maintenance had to open our room when we first arrive. Then in the evening when we got back, we had to stand around and wait for other guests to exchange a master key to open our room and hand off to the desk. As three women traveling, felt very unsafe that anybody could open our room with the master key that was in circulation. I spoke to the person on staff regarding a discount for this. But he said that I would need to talk to the manager, and the manager wasn’t going to be at the facility until we checked out the next day.
