Pros: Great location! Right downtown and within walking distance to so many fun places.
The hotel was very easy to find and has a great location. Very accessible to downtown restaurants and night life, we had an abundance of places to choose from. The hotel staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall this was a nice place to stay, I don’t have anything terrible to say.

Roof Top Deck and Location

We had a great time on the Roof top Deck and loved the location. we were able to walk to the Gas Lamp District and tons of restaurants in the area. Great staff. Would go there again.

lovely hotel, close to gas lamp

Pros: The decor is lovely, the staff went out of their way to be helpful and gracious, and the location is great
Cons: I ate at the hotel restaurant one evening, and it was only okay
Location: Gas Lamp area, Seaport, Balboa Park
This is a lovely hotel in a great location. The rooms are good sized, the bed is comfy, and the bathroom and shower are really large, especially for a San Diego hotel. The location is close enough to be an easy walk to everything - Gas Lamp area, Market Street, trolley stops, but far enough away to be quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome!

The only gripe I had was the price of parking but we were able to find parking on the street as long as a baseball game wasn't going on. The rooftop bar is the best! U can watch the baseball game from it!! Rooms are great and affordable.

Incredible Noise! $42/d parking. Avoid

Pros: The rooms are nice
Cons: It's always going to have a huge amount of traffic noise being 2 blocks from the bar street. In a few years they'll be done building the high rise
Location: The location is a disaster. You will not be able to get in and out of the neighbor 80 nights a year because of the baseball stadium 1 block away.
They are building 3 high rise buildings within a block. Construction noise 6 days a week. The walls are incredibly thin; at 6AM every morning you get to listen to the janitor drag the furniture around the lobby's concrete floor. I was on 4, ant was still annoying. They have a bar on 9 that you also get to listen to drunks art night and janitors in the morning. Every low rider car with a loud/broken exhaust pipe in town drives up and down Market. Avoid
