Its a large house, much bigger than expected. The primary bathroom was very nicely remodeled. Housekeeping was on point. Many rooms to spreadout, you could get lost. This house can accomodate a large groupHowever, maint issues outweigh any positives. 1. overwhelming musty/mold smell. 2. Mold growing in old damp rid in the closet, 3. moisture under kitchen sink, 4. Drain flies & other bugs 5. Peeling paint in the hall tub. 6. Kitchen/dining area wall was cracked and bubbled out; suspect this is the source of the moisture/mold. Once resolved the issues might be fixed.Other items to note: 1. kitchen was not "well equipped", missing simple things like a pizza cutter or sturdy cooking spoons. 2. 5 trash cans out front, 4 were full or partially full an entire week. 3. No dressers or adequate hangers/shelves, must live out of suitcase 4. Pool maint. Showed up unannounced, sat on back porch on the phone, never knocked to state who he was or what he was doing. Then a second man and younger boy appeared, they were to fix a pool issue and 30 min later they left. I reported this to the leasing agent because it was unnerving to walk out of another room to see unexpected people in street clothes in the back as the boy ran & jumped on furnitrure, who told me they would not be back, but they did 2 days later. 3. Got a call a roofer would be there in an hour and needed in the house. Not the experience I expected.
