This special place is directly on the Riverwalk in the heart of Downtown San Antonio. Close to everything, it offers views of the historic San Antonio Courthouse where you can often see outdoor weddings. You will also have a view of the San Fernando Cathedral & catch a glimpse of the fabulous light show that is projected on this beautiful church Tues, Fri, Sat & Sunday evenings. This intimate apt building is steps away frm delicious dining, exciting attractions, great nightlife & entertainment.

This historic building is one of San Antonio's historic locations and has a lot of originality and charm along with it's nostalgic decor. Check out the old mail shoot that is located next to the elevator that residents used to send their mail for the post man to collect. It is not a working mailbox, so don't mistakenly mail a letter :)

Great location for playing tourist in San Antonio. Lovely decor in the unit. Clean apartment and a comfy bed. Parking was a chore but easily managed if you find the right lots at the right times. If I was coming to San Antonio again, I wouldn't rent a car. Everything is walkable. We needed a car because we commuted to Lackland Air Force base during our stay.

The location was great for getting to everything, couldn't have been more perfect. While the apartment was very small, it was plenty for the two of us. The bed was crazy comftorable, if I could have stolen the matress I would have. Plenty of things like TP, paper towels, soap, towels...everything. Communication with the owner could not have been better and it was quick. My only complaints are things the owner has no control over. Street noise was pretty bad, loud bikes and cars. Again, the owner has no contol over other's actions but if I am going to do a fair review, that needs to be mentioned. It's also worth mentioning that we were there on St. Pats weekend and they celebrate pretty hard during that time (to our surprise), so that may have been what was going on, I'm not sure. Regardless, if we are in town again, we will stay here again.

The apartment was perfect for a couple’s getaway. Great amenities. Was decorated so cute. On the river walk. We were directly across the street from a Fiesta celebration. 15 minute walk to convention center. And the restaurant next door (La Mexicana) makes THE BEST homemade corn tortillas!

Unbeatable location

We enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights with 2 adults & 2 kids. It was clean & was well equipped for our stay. I will say, it was pretty cramped with all of us, but for me the location was perfect & at a great price in my opinion. Wonderful view of the San Fernando Cathedral & we got to enjoy the laser light show nightly. It’s also a close walking distance to anything downtown/on the riverwalk.

This was our first time visiting San Antonio and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! It was right there in the middle of everything we wanted to do. It was clean, safe, and absolutely gorgeous!! We loved hearing the bells of San Fernando Cathedral every hour, we walked to every where we wanted to eat, and we loved the building’s patio overlooking the Riverwalk!! We will try to stay here anytime we’re in town in the future!

Perfect spot in San Antonio

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in San Antonio! The apartment was beautiful and in the perfect spot in downtown San Antonio. The building looks sketchy, but we didn't have any problems. When we had a maintenance issue it was addressed within the day. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and dishes and everything worked great. It was a great apartment and we loved staying there.

Great property. So close to the River Walk with easy access. We had a blast. Very cozy and comfortable in the heart of the city. We walked everywhere to the downtown sites. Great for a get away!
