The handicap room I reserved should have been ready @ check-in time (3pm). It was after 3pm , so they just gave me a standard room just to get me in there sooner. (( and did not mention this at all) However they were able to give me a shower chair that helped. The lady working kitchen breakfast area was rude, & berated me for pouring what was suppose to be OJ down the drain. Machine wasn’t working correctly & dispensed water instead . Outdoor Grill needs more propane, wouldn’t get about 350°, even after 1/2 hour of being on high

Overall we had a good stay! Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4pm (check in is at 3). So we had to wait about 30 minutes longer. The staff were very nice and apologetic and offered a $10 credit for the pantry for the trouble. The room was clean and very spacious. The king size bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, the pull out couch wasn’t great but that was to be expected in my opinion. We slept great, it was nice and quiet and seems like a safe area! My daughter and friend had a great time at the pool which was nicer than I expected.

This place was perfect! It was close to Lackland AFB, we were in town for a graduation. We wanted a place for 4 ppl to stay comfortably. Our suite had two bedrooms, a living room and kitchen with daily housekeeping services if needed, which you can’t get with a vacation rental. It was clean, tidy and well maintained. Front office staff were friendly and attentive. Housekeeping staff, when requested, were there within minutes to help take our trash and provide fresh clean towels. Breakfast was a good variety of hot foods, cereal, pastries and juices (hot coffee and cocoa too). We only had breakfast once bc we had to be on base before 6am for the two days of graduation.

My Family and I had an amazing experience at Staybridge Suites in San Antonio Lackland. The customer service was beyond excellent and every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely recommend Staybridge Suites San Antonio Lackland to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and a welcoming environment. I overall enjoyed the overall ambience of the hotel. What brought the stars down was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. There was hair in the shower, and the toilet was disgusting. I did address this with the front desk and they assured me i would receive points, I’m not sure if I’ve received them as of yet.
