Guest Verification Required Before Arrival
To ensure compliance with current short-term rental regulations and to provide added protection for both our guests and our property, we require all guests to complete a verification process through our trusted third-party provider, Truvi. You will receive an email and/or text message from Truvi with instructions to complete this quick and secure verification. Rental Agreement
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, The Tree House requires an additional signed rental agreement that covers all the terms and conditions outlined below. The additional rental agreement will be provided immediately upon booking and there will be no hidden surprises. The process is quick and easy. This helps us maintain the high standards of our home and ensures peace of mind for both guests and hosts keeping The Tree House a top-tier experience! by the following terms and conditions covered in the rental agreement:

No Smoking Allowed
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on property (inside and outside). We appreciate your cooperation in keeping The Tree House fresh, clean, and welcoming for everyone. Violations will result in ozone fees of $750 as well as any additional cleaning fees. Interior of property is equipped with smoke monitoring technology to ensure compliance with our no smoking policy.
Pool Heating (excludes Hot Tub)
Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee November through March (energy fee). If you would like to swim in the months of November, December, January, February, March please give us 72 hours' notice so we can get the pool heater turned on and the pool water to a comfortable temperature. Below is the fee structure for heating the pool based on month. Pool heating is free for any month outside of the months listed below.
January-$60 per night
February-$50 per night
March-$40 per night
November-$50 per night
December-$55 per night.
Pool & Hot Tub Rules
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please follow these basic guidelines when using the pool or spa at The Tree House:
-Safety First: Children must never be left unattended in or around the pool or spa.
-Use at Your Own Risk: The host is not responsible for any injuries resulting from pool or spa usage.
-Spa Instructions Provided: If you wish to use the spa, instructional videos will be provided to guide you through safe and proper operation.
-Keep It Clean: Do not place any items in the pool or spa that are not specifically designed for pool use. This includes Water balloons, Soap or suds, and Dyes as well as any other liquids or solids that may affect water chemistry or damage equipment.
-Fees for Damage: Failure to follow these rules may result in additional fees to restore water chemistry or repair equipment.

Dog-Friendly – With a Few Guidelines
We welcome up to 2 medium-sized dogs at The Tree House! A $85 non-refundable deposit per dog per night is required at booking. Host will consider additional dogs on a case-by-case basis. Please ensure your furry friends are well-behaved, stay off all furniture (interior and exterior, house-trained, and never left unattended. We love hosting dogs—but we also want to keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests. Please note an additional cleaning fee will be assessed if dog hair removal is required for any furniture.
Quiet Hours – City Ordinance Compliance
To respect our neighbors and comply with local regulations, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours, especially in outdoor areas. We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. Exterior noise monitoring technology is in use to ensure compliance with city noise ordinances.
Guest Limit – City Code Compliance
The Tree House accommodates up to 12 guests maximum, as required by city ordinance and my permit. The total number of guests must be confirmed at the time of booking and cannot be exceeded during your stay. This helps us maintain safety, comfort, and compliance for all guests. Thank you for your understanding!
No Parties or Events
To maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all guests and neighbors, parties and events are strictly prohibited at The Tree House. We welcome celebrations in moderation (kids and small birthday parties) —just not large gatherings or disruptive activities. Thank you for helping us keep this space serene, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.
Property Maintenance Notice
To ensure The Tree House remains a beautiful and enjoyable retreat, we routinely schedule exterior maintenance services such as Lawn care, Pest control, Pool service, and Mosquito treatment. These services are essential to maintaining the quality of the property and your overall experience. While we do our best to schedule service between guest stays, occasionally they may occur during your visit. If this should happen, please note, all services are exterior only—no one will enter the home. Services typically take no more than 20 minutes and will not prevent you from enjoying outdoor amenities. If the timing is inconvenient, feel free to kindly ask the service provider to return later and suggest a time that works better for you.
