I called early to request a room close to the front as my father and I have mobility issues and long distances. When we arrived, they only had 2 rooms available even though we booked a few weeks in advance. In lieu of giving us a room we booked, thwy gave us an alternate room with double beds-that was the only plus, but the room was antiquated at best and too far of a distance for my father to walk without difficulty. It was a bed, we had a fridge and microwave and adjustable heater/air conditoner. Please in the future, listen to your customers who ask for reasonable accommodations, some of us have disabilities and if we didnt need the accomodatuons, we wouldn't request them. While it was cloae to the places we went and close to shopping and dining, im a bit disappointed that my accessibility request was not treated professionally
