I called early to request a room close to the front as my father and I have mobility issues and long distances. When we arrived, they only had 2 rooms available even though we booked a few weeks in advance. In lieu of giving us a room we booked, thwy gave us an alternate room with double beds-that was the only plus, but the room was antiquated at best and too far of a distance for my father to walk without difficulty. It was a bed, we had a fridge and microwave and adjustable heater/air conditoner. Please in the future, listen to your customers who ask for reasonable accommodations, some of us have disabilities and if we didnt need the accomodatuons, we wouldn't request them. While it was cloae to the places we went and close to shopping and dining, im a bit disappointed that my accessibility request was not treated professionally

The parking area is the best thing about this place. Felt pretty safe at night cause it's lit up like the 4th of July. I dare you to find a shadow that's not under a parked car. Why you ask? Cause the surrounding area isn't that safe feeling. During the day there were some questionable people waking through the lot. Door at the end of the building is an exit only. Cool way to get your steps in if you're into that. Room is dingy. Blood spot on the colorful sheet blanket thing they put on all hotel beds to make them look nicer. Toilet handle cracked with a piece missing. Bathroom sink is either a trickle or Old Faithful, no in between. Disgusting sticky stained carpet so wear your shoes at all times! Refrigerator on the floor will make weird noises all night so just unplug it. Not to mention your neighbor's TV being loud and on all night but that's not the hotel's fault. Want the fan to stay on all night to drown out the racket? Sorry, no can do. It will come on and last about 5 minutes and then make a weird sound along with the darn fridge. Want to go down to the lobby in the morning and get at least a cup of coffee cause you're barely running on fumes the next day? Nothing. Oh but there's a little single serve coffee maker in your room! Nope. Broken. This place was so much better as a Super 8. Sad to see it slowly crumble to the ground.
