Hotel is borderline attractive from the outside, mezzanine room was spacious and bare brick chic, industrial and New York. Easily found space in the private car park. The location is also great, easy walk to bars, restaurants, shops and museums. Given all this, I cannot understand why they keep the temperature at 40 degrees at all times in the rooms. They have fans in the rooms because they have heard this complaint so many times before. We stayed in the winter and it was unbearable even then. Also, non alcoholic bar and no pork served, presumably a Muslim establishment. Bizzarely worse than it should be.

The family room was a brilliant size and the property was so clean all through. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The one thing that could be better is some parts of the room require a little tlc, nothing major though and nothing that would stop me booking again.

Lovely hotel but disturbed nights sleep
Really nice hotel, lovely room and nice staff. I'm reluctant to write this however i feel it is important. The noise from the room above was horrendous and disturbed my nights sleep throughout the night. The people/person above wasn't screaming or shouting or playing music, merely walking around and the floor was creaking beyond belief. They sadly did this several times throughout the night. Even when we were walking around on the mezzanine in our room it was creaking like mad

The hotel is clean and tidy the bar at the hotel only serve non alcoholic drinks. We were looking forward to a glass of wine after seeing PeterKaye. The guy at the bar waved his finger at us and so no itwas prohibited! Breakfast is also stricty halal. This is fine but if the owner wants to apply his religious preferences to my hotel stay he should at least point this out before you book. There was no indication on expedia. I have stayed in many hotels owned and operated by jewish people who dont mind providing an English Breakfast. I would never dream of staying here again.

Lovely hotel
The room was clean and spacious, nice bathroom. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very friendly. I was informed on checking in that parking is chargeable, I was unaware of this prior to arriving. This should have been communicated on the hotels.com site and booking information, I would have booked an alternative hotel if I’d been made aware

Superb spacious room
Very relaxing comfy stay. Very quiet. Nice spacious room! Staff super friendly. Breakfast delicious. Will definately go back! Only thing we would change is the room was really warm. Could have been cooler.
