Small but nice room. Good parking. Nice staff. We were on the tgurd floor and it took about 20 min for the shower to hest up. Also we could hear doors xlosing and people walking through the night. A speaker and white noise app help.

Everything was fine except house keeping. Even when I requested my room cleaned it wasn’t done several times. My refrigerator when I got there was dirty. I had to bring in my own cleaning supplies to clean my room. For the price breakfast and your room should be cleaned.

For a limited stay this location is serviceable and the room was great. A few issues were that the walls were paper thin and we could hear our rowdy neighbors partying through the night. Usually not an issue but when you have a flight at 5am this definitely doesn't help. The next problem is that there is no free breakfast of any kind. You are forced to purchase breakfast from the restaurant on site which admittedly is a good restaurant but some free little options wouldn't have hurt.

Room was very clean and up to date. Window HVAC unit was a little loud as well as street noise was at times distracting (my room was closer to I-5 than some). Service was friendly. Lobby was up to date and clean. Would stay here again in Salem.

I am pretty upset that I got charged 100 upon check in and i have not received my refund. I don't agree with having to pay for parking when the lot is not secure and there is no way to tell the difference between someone who paid and someone who didnt - what is the purpose of charging me 100 upon checkin and not give it back when i check out

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Check-in was very quick as they texted me a pre registration form to fill out. We were given coupons to use for breakfast at the restaurant but we slept through the deadline so I can’t report on the food.

Our room was mostly clean, though it had a weird smell and several mystery hairs in the bed which made me think the sheets weren’t changed. The shower had several stains and hairs as well. It was last minute so we couldn’t change hotels otherwise I would have.
