"An excellent stay, nice clean room with plenty of space, comfortable bed, great bathroom with hot water and terrrific showerhead, plenty of amenities with fantastic coffee in room and a wonderful breakfast at fair price that we brought back to the room. Only problem was noisy traffic from Market street. Staff was outstanding!!!"

I then emailed the hotel with details and requesting at the very least a response, and I still received nothing. Not a single word. I have worked in the hotel industry. I would have refunded my stay immediately and apologized and taken care of this issue but this hotel management did NOTHING. Very disappointing. "
