aduminoyu onyado nonomatsumoto
"I wouldn't call it a hotel. It's more of a low-quality hostel. Small and very uncomfortable rooms, a shower like on an airplane, very small, old and not maintained. The rooms face the train, which is very noisy. The breakfast is really horrible. Everything is industrial and prepared in advance. Not ..."

"We spent two nights at this hotel. The location is reasonable. Property is nothing to brag about. The room was small, but more importantly, the placement of the bed was such that the second person sleeping on the side of the wall, had to maneuver very narrow space to get out of bed to go to the toilet. ..."

Mercure Nagano Matsushiro Resort & Spa
"A large hotel with a ton of guests. Great hotel and great staff. Only feedback would be for the hotel to create more dinner and breakfast “start times” to avoid the massive rushes in the dining area that created a feeding frenzy with some disgruntled people. Seemed unlike most Japanese ..."

THE CELECTON Matsumoto
"We spent two nights at this hotel. The location is reasonable. Property is nothing to brag about. The room was small, but more importantly, the placement of the bed was such that the second person sleeping on the side of the wall, had to maneuver very narrow space to get out of bed to go to the toilet. The amenities were very limited, no tea or coffee in the room, and the coffee at the lobby was limited to guests who paid for the breakfast. From entry to our departure, we did not get a very warm, welcoming, attitude from the staff."
