The daily breakfast was good and the breakfast room staff was good, until our last morning (Sunday), the woman we delt with suddenly turned sour and argumentative.over a cup of coffee, unbelievable. The biggest debacle was laundry. No one tells you about the procedure at checked in, just that it’s free on the 8th floor. Beware: you need a special card, that of course they are out of. Worst experience ever, Although aMargot was helpful, I wasted hours and was truly frustrated, to make matters worse I requested to speak to the Manager, no response, no follow up, I figure this culture of bad service starts at the top: either the Manager couldn’t be bothered or was never informed, not good. Also every morning the water jug was empty, the trash overflowing and smelly. I won’t return."
